Do not buy this or any other HP printer.The price of this printer should say everything. It should work out of the box for that price. BUT this extremely expensive printer does not function properly due to the drivers. Tech support will try to troubleshoot the problem rather than telling you right off the bat that you need an 'older' driver and where to download it.The tech could not do anything to help me because I am unable to let him remote log into my computer. He had zero help for me aside from that option.I later resolved my issue using the 'old' driver on my own without HPs help.You should not receive a product or service like this for something that costs this much. Never again HP.
