Either Dexter lied or this supplier's product is not what it's supposed to be. I eventually found and tried Hotcolor's 662 cartridge, and it works just fine.ExpensiveExactly what I was looking for.greatDidn't work at all - complete waste of moneyGreat price for printer ink.
