Great Productafter having a problem with a off-brand toner cartridge, i purchased this. it does make a difference.It's a nice ok productI purchased all 4 cartridges and a new drum at the same time, so I am not sure where the problem lies, but the yellow cartridge blew up and periodically shoots out yellow toner all over the drum and whatever is printing. I suspected that it was not a real Brother product, but the packaging does look real. First problem I have ever had with Brother branded toner and parts after years of use in several printer models.I purchased this laser printer cartridge a couple months ago so I probably can't return anymore - but I opened the box and despite looking legit the cartridge is empty - I tried over and over - even reset printer factory defaults etc - finally weighed the cartridge - same weight as the old empty. Total fraud!Happy to have installed the first toner cartridge in my color laser printer! Easy peasy.Bought for local volunteer fire department. Expensive, yet necessary.I received this item in a timely fashion as promised. The cartridge is perfect for my Brother Printer.Same as store bought ink. Fast shipping.
