I purposely ordered this 'refurbished' first to save some money and second because I believed that quality control might be a bit more thorough on any item that's been refurbished.I have greatly enjoyed the operation. Still havn't used all of it's functions, but I'm sure those will be great also. The only thing I'm confused about is the automatic ink replacement program. I don't seem to have any contact about that and, while still seem to have plenty of quality printing, I'm concerned about the ink running low and not knowing what to do at that point. Maybe buying refurbished wasn't the wisest idea and maybe it doesn't include the auto order opportunities. We'll see.
