I have used it in my business for several years and now that I retired I still buy this product from Amazon because it is the BESTproduct and the price is also the BEST at Amazon!Box was all mangled and appeared to be opened but product works well so farGreat price and qualityIt’s always best to use Brother ink in my Brother MFC printer . I tried a generic brand once and the results were terrible.There’s nothing like the factory ink for a printer. Although they cost substantially more, you don’t go through the grief of generic cartridges. I’ve found some generics arrive With the cartridge dry or they are leaking. With this printer I decided factory only.The yellow cartridge in this set ran out quickly. I actually got more pages printed with the regular yield Yellow cartridge.I had bought a Super High Yield Yellow cartridge a couple months before buying this set and that cartridge also ran out fast.I thought that I might have gotten a bad cartridge so I bought this set of 3 Brother Super High Yield cartridges. The cyan and magenta are still full but the yellow is already empty and I havent printed that much.It seems that the Yellow Super High Yield cartridge isnt as good in quality as the other colors.I'll be using an off brand of yellow cartridge from now on.If Brother ever fixes the issue with the Super High Yield Yellow I will be glad to pay the extra and come back to this brand.I learned kind of the hard way to stick with the genuine Brother ink cartridges when my printer jets got clogged by an off brand ink. I say kind of because Brother customer service was absolutely fabulous about solving the problem. They sent me a replacement printer at no cost (a newer and better model than the original) and made me a customer forever.These are the genuine article at a bargain price. Expiration date was one year from date of purchase, so unless you do a lot of printing don't stock up too much. Expired ink will also gum up your machine. Otherwise buy with confidence.Great valuecan't say much about the ink. except that i like the brother's printer. works much better and prints better colours than all those epson, hp, models that cost less than the replacement inks. i think it is ridiculous for epson, hp,etc to sell those little cheap models that has the ink costing more than the machine, and you end up throwing them away as soon as the ink finishes because it cost more to buy the new ink that replace it with a new cheapie.the brother, on the other hand, is a good machine and it has lasted me longer than the other 7 epson , hp, cheapos altogether. i do not intend to replace the brother... and the ink do not dry up like those other inks.best ink you can get, does not dry out. colors stays sharp even after a year in a sunny room. price might be a little cheapers but the quality is there.Printer cartridge replacementExactly as expectedAOK and as expected.
