?????? ??????? ??? ????????:It has the advantages of no clogging, no bubbles, no tangles, no warpage, no drawing, easy to use, and the threads are neatly arranged, which effectively reduces the risk of knotting.
??????????????? ????????: ANYCUBIC PLA filament is made of starch raw materials extracted from renewable plant resources (such as corn, cassava, etc.), which is a new type of environmentally material
?.???? ????????: dimensional accuracy +/- 0.02mm to ensure even and smooth wire output. Anycubic filament has wide compatibility due to its small diameter error, and is suitable for almost all 1.75mm FDM 3D printers
??????? ?????????: When installing and replacing consumables, it is necessary to heat the print head (heated above 200°C), otherwise the 3D printer will be easily damaged. Recommended printing temperature is 190-230℃ nozzle/extrusion temperature
?????? ?????????: completely dry for 24 hours before packaging, and vacuum seal with desiccant in a re-sealable nylon bag. Compared with ABS filament, PLA is less likely to deform (this makes printing easier)
Update: 8-10-22Filament still good but technical support with Anycubic I3 Machines, has been very dissaponting.I have been a loyal supporter of ANYCUBIC I 3 MEGA original machines for many years since their first I3 Mega Machine, and their Filaments which they included with the I3 Megas, and I have voiced my honest opinion on various social media channels, including ANYCUCBIC official Facebook page, in support of ANYCUBIC's products, in particualr the I3 Mega architecture.I was wrong about the quality of the filament, in my original review, in the midst of reorganizing my filament bins, I had it confused with another brand, so my sincere apologies for jumping to quick on the filament quality. This filament is great! and still holds to the original quality so I have up the stars top 4.I am however not pleased with the technical support service from ANYCUBIC with regards to temperature fluctuation on 4 of my I3 Mega Machines. I contacted Obi from ANYCUBIC Technical Support and he said he would arrange to send me the parts for 4 machines to fix this issue, Power Supplies and Temperature Control boards. All I received was 4 small 1x2" connector boards and 1M long connector cables along with 1 power supply. Temperature control deals with the control boards not connector boards. There is nothing wrong with my Connector boards and cables. It is a temperature control at the unit that monitors and adjusts the temperature, the issue.I spent over a year of going back and forth with ANYCUBIC technical people Obi, Carmen and a couple other names, and either they did not understand English well, but I felt I was getting the run around. It is unfortunate I have to put this here as I feel the machines are solid and for the most part they produce good parts when calibrated properly and the filament is good. But they had a quality control issues with the subsequent machines after they first release ones, and they knew it, but failed to come through with me completely. What they sent me and I received is not what I was hoping for. I purchased 5 machines from Anycubic and they have records of my purchases and dates. To this day they still have temperature fluctionation issues and it is not due to connectors or cables. The problem is at the heart of the system which involves power supply and the brains of it the main control board.*****I hope someone in their mangement team sees this and fixes this issue as I would love to regain my trust in ANYCUBIC as I still love trhe architecture of the I3 Mega *****. MIAPrinted perfectly right out of the box. Prints look great. The grey is fantastic for showing the smaller details and the matte finish hides a lot of the flaws. Great value for the price, can't be beat from a well-known company. Would definitely recommend. This filament feeds and prints very well. The color is nice on the final product and I like the brand in general! This filament is too quality stuff as I have used this brand many times with many other products as well everything anycubic does is always top notch. Like most high quality filaments the packaging is premium with a nicely vacuumed sealed wrapping and dessicant to keep moisture away inside (very important to have this). One thing this company does that others don't is they print right on the box all the specifications for this filament like temps you should use and so fourth. I really like their packaging, you can see the color and filament threw a hole they make in one side of the box which looks like it's specifically there for this reason so you don't have to take the spool in and out to see which color it is. The shade of blue on this filament is in my opinion perfect and a brilliantly bright but not to bright or too light shade of blue it is just right for the color it's called as with some filaments the shading can be hit or miss that is not the case with anycubics products they accurately describe the products pretty well. The vendor was very quick to ship and even contacted me letting me know they are here to help with anyone questions or concerns I may have or that may arise in the future. I find that very nice of them to do as well as very helpful knowing if I ever did have a problem (I doubt I ever would) but if I did they would have someone to help me in a short period of time. Thus far I haven't used this specific spool of filament to print with just inspected it visually as well as I could to do this review but I promise I will come back after printing some with it to update my review and add some final product print pictures so you can see what to expect if you want to buy this filament. Over all I highly recommend this company this distributor and this filament!!! Not one bad thing I can say at all!!! ??I'll admit I'm new to 3d printing but this has been a really tough filament to use. Seems denser than other spools? It says 200 degrees is well within range but at that temperature *every print* failed- all of them. Increased it to 215 and it seems okay? Overall not super impressed. Inland I think will be my go to brand.*update: yup, I think I've got a bad spool. Will not print and the layer adhesion is just awful.Going to see about a return.I printed those on an artillery genius pro right out of the box 200C printing temp 60C bed tempThis is very uniform and works great with my Any-cubic mega pro.PLA Filament printed with good quality based on the settings I had in my Ender 3 V2 using standard quality .2 setting in cura slicer. Nozzle at 210 and Bed at 50c. First layer went down smooth and stuck fairly well without any help but a clean bed. first time using anycubic filament and it is easily comparable to the other PLA brands I have used. The roll of filament comes vacuum sealed, ensuring no moisture can get into the filament itself once packaged. Would have like to see it come with a reusable storage bag like most other companies but that does not affect the filament quality. I’ve had no clogging or other issues out of this filament.Had this product in it's sealed bad since July 7, 2021 and started to use it August 4th 2021 without success. Tried nozzle temp at 220, 215, 210, 205 and 200 celcius. Tried the bed temp at 70, 60, 50 and 30 (Ambient) and finally 80 celcius. I tried the cooling fan at 0% for the first 1mm layer then moving to 100%, tried 50%, 0% cooling and one piece success at 29% but could not replicate it. Nothing worked except two 25 cent piece and thickness medals and even they were not very nice. The parts are like chalk, they break apart when done, it produces large blocks in the middle of a print where the nozzle collides with it and changes the Z-axis and the X axis or the Y axis and start printing in mid-air. I have had better success with no-name brands than this product. IT MAY BE A BAD BATCH but I wont take a chance on this. I went with it because it was a well known printer company but.....Phil NelsonSr. engineer, Pilot, Computer consultant. This filament was a real pain to use. Went through 3 spools before figuring all my problem (adherence, lots of blocking, under extrusion every time I use it...)A lot of my problem seems to be due to the filament usable temp (200-230) which is pretty high for PLA... Had to change all my settings to get to print with it and I still have issue this my printing. Had to change for another filament brand and suddenly all my problem went off. Really frustrating experience and cost me an extruder gear because of the overgrinding material when the filament clog into the nozzle at every print or so.Essentially unusable unless you want to sit beside your printer and pull more filament out of the spool. Doesn’t adhere nearly as well as other filament I’m using either (again, you’d better stick around for at least 5-10 layers to make sure things are still where they’re supposed to be).
