The product is used but in good condition. We are happy with its performance and are planning on purchasing them again when the need arises. Its a great discount from a new one! :)Looks good, hopefully it connects to our new ERP system.The connection of the printer with the charger does not work.We tested the charger with another printer and it works fine. We test the battery in another printer and it also works.Working great. Exactly what we were looking for.DIDNT WORK. DOA had to return for a different model. It didnt even come with a power cable to charge.
