This is my first time printing with matte PLA and it took a bit to get used to. But once I was able to adjust the settings, it came out pretty good. The matte color definitely shows the lines more than shinier PLA, so you may want to adjust line hight for this. The olive green looks more like army green to me, but I think it will be great for Christmas realated prints. All and all the color is constant and the roll is nicely wound and seems to be a good consistent size.I got this fillament at a discount, but I would still recommend.I had all kinds of problems with the original filament. Giantarm contacted me and sent me a replacement filament. So far I haven't had the problems with the replacement filament that I had with the original filament that I bought, but I've only done small prints. I did notice that this filament is a lot harder than all the other brands of PETG filament I have. The supports are really tough. I could not brake them with my hands. I had to drill holes in a project and I could tell this plastic is noticeable harder than Hatchbox & Sunlu. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because I don't know how this plastic will do with large prints, since I haven't done any yet.can't wait to try this after I install my new hotend. will update this review once I get to print it. In the mean time the first impression is good. Nicely rolled so it will be hard to tangle. vacuumed seal. Also provide extra bag to put in after opening.Always wanted to try printing with TPU, but heard it can be difficult so I tried this brand. I must say it was easier to print with than I thought. I printed 2 xyz calibration cubes and an articulated fish. I'll buy from them again. The roll came with a nice vacuum seal. Spool wound nice and tight. The matte color gives a nice finish. All in all some of the best filament I've usedWithout any tuning, default cura settings .2 layer height this filament printed beautifully on my Anycubic Mega X! Will 100% be purchasing again as well as experimentint with other colors/materials.This was my first experience with PETG and I will not be going back to PLA. This filament looks amazing and is very easy to work with.I set my temperature to the recommendations on the spool and just printed. No fuss, no muss. I’ll buy this brand of PETG again.I was asked to create a few 3d prints which were tougher than what normal PLA could do and ensure that did not fail... So I though what I could use without too much of an issue and PETG was the call...Second was which brand? Well given that I have been using Geeetech/ Giantarm PLA with great results, i though why not use their PETG. This Giantarm PETG is well packed and comes vacuum packed with silica and also a zip lock bag which seems to be the norm with Giantarm filaments now.A few standard tests, bend and diameter proved good and as expected... Then a few test prints to dial in the temps etc and away I went printing... A cable strain relief and handle for the Prusa Mini... Yes ok I am not using their filament, but why bother when this Giantarm filament seems to be doing the job! It went down nicely and printed really well with little or no stringing. I also did some PETG nuts but used metal m3/m4 screws...As you can see I can hold up the 3D Printer without no issue... I have swung it around and am glad to say nothing broke!I then did some GoPro mounts and they turned out really well!Am I impressed!? Yes...Will I use this more!? Yes...Well done Giantarm for another great product!Settings I used: 235dc/85dc/55mms/fan30I have used other brands of petg but have found this to be my favourite. On opening I notices it had a nice look as it was less glossy and had a strong satin black colour. I also came with a spare zip bag to keep it in which is important with petg as it is absorbs moisture. I printed it on My Geeetech A10m at 245c and 70c be. I have also noticed that it's less stringy than some other brands that I`ve used.Overall Very happy with it and would buy again.I am impressed with the quality of this reel. The filament guided through seemlessly, and adhered to the bed very well. No spitting issues, and formed a very strong bond. I used at 210 Deg and found this a good test. I had previously printed some spool/reel holders that sit on top and they hold it really well.Overall I'm very happy with it.?Amazon typisch war die Lieferung am nächsten Werktag bei mir. This was the first PETG I've tried apart from Geniune Prusa PETG. No issues at all with printing support material and the model itself. Finish was high quality at speeds between 60%-110%. Will be buying again soon.EDIT: Ordered again and again without any issues.
