Hello, This is just a refill kit until you can buy the regular ink for your printer. Do not use these too often as it may damage the print head. There is no need to drill a whole under the label. I tried this the first time and made a mess. The next time I refilled the cartridges, I simply fill the cartridge at the round opening at the bottom of the cartridge where the ink comes out to the print head. Put a few drops at a time until a little ink comes out of the top of the cartridge. Of course, use a paper towel under the cartridges. One problem. Yellow is always used up faster then other colors. Does anyone know where to purchase just yellow? Not for me, no directions to speak of, printer wouldn't recognize it and there was ink all overWith the ink cartridge I was refilling it was not an easy task. I had to actually drill the cartridge with a power drill. Then it really didn't take much ink to fill and made a huge mess. But once it was filled it has been printing well. These is a great value and not too hard to use. My only complaint is the instructions tell you how much to put in the cartridge but there are no measurements on the bottles so it's a guessing game.... and what a relief - approximately $20 versus $80! Watch the youtube video that shows you how to use the REFILL HOLE, not the one where you refill it directly onto the ink pad. You'll have to drill a little hole in it, but they include a little screwdriver. Be patient and go slow - took about 20 minutes to fill all 4, w/double black; then let them sit for a couple of hours to really soak in before putting them into your printer. It does get a little messy, so wear gloves and have a working space covered with newspaper or an old towel. One last thing, we only used about 1/4 of the ink containers, so we should have 4 rotations of ink! Definitely buying again!Directions for my 910xl cartridge was wrong but once I found the correct way it works and prints fine. HP still goes out of it's way to cause you issues on printer!Print quality is great. The tanks were easy to fill. The only down side was that my printer doesn't recognize the tanks were full. It also gave me a warning in the beginning, but it is printing great.download the hp smart app on your pc or phone and set the printer up you can completely disable the warnings about the beings sold counterfeit carts THATS HP MONEY GRAB BUILT INTO THE PRINTER NOT ANYTHING WRONG IF YOU GET IT REFILLED AT ANY INK PLACE IT WILL DO THE SAME THINGthis is my first printer and my first time trying to refill it i thought i did it wrong or the ink was inferior but it turns out it IS JUST THE PRINTER 30s in the app and i was printing color againWorks great and printer quality looks the same as with HP cartridges. I used the drip method through the ink pad to avoid drilling through the cartridge. It didn't initially work once I re-installed the cartridges, so I ran 2 print head cleaning cycles and then it started working great! The printer detected that they aren't HP cartridges, but you simply click continue and that you accept that the warranty might not apply anymore. I used about 1/4 of the bottles, so they will last me 4 refills. This saves lots of money and I will definitely buy again!Bought this because HP suddenly stopped making my ink...again....A bit fussy to fill, but surprisingly easy. Trickiest part is peeling back the HP sticker and putting back, but because its on there, the printer doesn't reject the ink cartridge. I don't think the sticker will stay on for another refill though.I didn't get as many pages as the original cartridge but still incredibly cost-effective.It's a good product. The main issue is to make the hp printer work. As the printer won't recognize the refield cartridge. But after a while it will. Works great.Very cost efficient. After placing black ink in the cartridge, printing was the same as the hp cartridge. I added ink to the cartridge through the round hole when the cartridge is inverted.
