3D Printer Filament - 2.85mm Black ABS Eco-Friendly Filament by Printlife | High Precision +/- 0.05mm | Perfect for Home, Office & School 3D Printing Projects

First of all the print quality is OUTSTANDING!! I wanted to try this just because they say it's eco friendly, but I was concerned about the printability. They say it's premium quality ABS and they are right. I set the print temperature to 230C and the bed to 90C and ALL my prints have come out great! The diameter is consistent throughout the spool and I have had no issues with bridging or layer adhesion. I would HIGHLY recommend this filament to anyone and I will only order Enviro ABS from now on!Beyond the filament quality the eco-packaging blew me away. The cardboard spool is really durable and it has multiple cutouts for securing the strand. Even if it's not in the correct position it can be rotated! There is a resealable zip lock bag with a desiccant, and on their insert they say they are donating a dollar to the Nature Conservancy to plant a tree for every spool they sell. It's also Made in the USA! If you print with ABS and you're at all eco-conscious then Enviro is the only option!Had some difficulty with bed adhesion. Printing on a prusa mk3s with powder coated pei sheet in an enclosure and was still getting a lot of lifting on prints. Filament is wound well and otherwise prints well. I'll try printing again in the spring and see if the ambient temperature makes a difference.After many years of FDM 3D printing I have finally found THE BEST plastic to bring my artistic creations to life!I do mainly organic sculptures in the computer and this ABS is almost as good as resin. Unbelievable results. It's worth the price.This filament prints incredibly well! I'm only using an Afinia H series so I can't adjust the temp settings but the prints are still coming out awesome. The best quality filament I have used and I am absolutely sticking with Enviro. Also the fact that they are trying to help the environment is huge. The filament comes with a seed paper card and they are even planting a tree just for buying a spool. I absolutely recommend Enviro ABS filament. Thanks 3D Printlife!First of all I LOVE LOVE LOVE the cute little seed paper card that I got with this spool of filament to offset the carbon footprint of the spool, it is growing the most beautiful wild flowers which I have potted directly next to my 3D Printer which as of late has been producing gorgeous 3d prints with none of the guilt of the old environmentally harmful ABS I was using. I recommend this filament quite highly, I got tired of issues with the $21.98 ABS I was using...Das Fillament für sich betrachtet ist top. Bis auf die ABS typischen Schwächen lässt sich nichts beanstanden (ausgenommen die äußerste Lage die einen Spröden Druck verursacht hat) und Toleranzen werden eingehalten.Nun jedoch zu dem sehr unerfreulichen warum drei Sterne eigentlich nicht mehr angemessen sind und das Fillament eigentlich gemieden werden sollte der Übersichtshalber als Stichpunkte:1. das Fillament war nicht eingeschweißt sprich offen geliefert und trotzdem legt der Hersteller ein Silica Beutel dazu was absoult keinen Sinn ergibt.2. Steht im Zusammenhang mit 1: das ist das erste Fillament was erst getrocknet werden musste nach dem man es bestellt hat.2. Die Papierspule ist die schlechste von allen die ich bisher gesehen habe. Die bröselt weg und die Papierstücke sind dementsprechend ab Werk schön über das Fillament verteilt. Demnach braucht man zwingend etwas zwischen Fillament und Drucker zum putzen.3. Die Spule hat zwar mehere Punkte zum fixieren des Fillaments die nahezu Nutzlos ist auf Grund der schlechten Qualität und Dicke im Zusammenhang mit Lochabstand.4. Der innere Metallring ist weder umweltfreundlich (bei einem Fillament was wert legt Kompostierbar zu sein) noch durchdacht. Das gesammte Gewicht liegt auf zwei dünnen Ringen auf die den Fillamenthalter deutlich schneller als andere abschleifen. Daher entsprechend Klebeband dazwischen (eine lage reicht nicht aus) oder Plastikteil drucken was verschleißen darf.ottimo filamento facile da stampare e da ottime caratteristiche meccaniche, biodegradabile per basso impatto ambientale. unica cosa che per colore nero lo stampato non risulta nero da un grigio scuro.
