The seller was very responsive to an inquiry I had (be a bit patient as they are on the other side of the world if you are in the United States). The printer itself was a snap to set up for my Mac and the bonus label holder is great and works with fan folded or spool labels. On the Mac it connects via wire and I'll need a longer cable to be able to place the printer where I want it in my office, however with the label holder it does fit out of the way on the corner of my desk. See photo. Interestingly, my Mac senses the printer via Bluetooth but I haven't played around to see if it will work wirelessly.Print quality is as expected and great for shipping labels. I see that some people use these thermal printers for decorative labels. I don't know that the dpi is high enough to satisfy my requirements for those so will stick to my laser for that type of things. This printer is extremely fast and what a time saver to not have to load sheets of labels into the bypass of my laser. The 4 x 6 label size is much better than the 1/2 sheets from the laser and much better for smaller shipments. The printer senses the label and lines it up perfectly. I did have to twinkle around in my various e-commerce platforms to change my printer settings but once done printing is seamless.There appear to be many printers made by the same manufacturer with different names sold by different sellers. I'm glad I chose to buy from this seller and would do so again without hesitation. Overall a great value and purchase for my e-commerce business.I saw this on sale for $69 (nice). So I bought it to try it out. I don't print a lot of labels (10-15 a week) so the speed is not my concern (it prints pretty quickly IMO). This took some effort to set up because the USB that came with it is corrupted, but I was able to download the appropriate set-up program on the maker's website. After some reading, the printer is ready to go and it's pretty good for my needs and saves quite a bit of ink money. Print quality is nice, nothing to complain about, the bar code scans at the post office and that's all I care about. I occasionally make black and white stickers with it so that's a plus as well.I run a small business and sell via etsy and our website. This is the first label printer I've ever owned and I love it. Previously, I was printing labels on paper and taping over them. This has saved me so much time (and tape).The setup was really easy, and it works great. I was a little nervous because setting up new tech can be really obnoxious, but it wasn't at all. I didn't have a flash drive in my package, but I just went to the seller's website and downloaded the drivers directly. It took a few minutes and I didn't have any issues at all.It's super fast, has a really small footprint, and I like that it came with the label holder. Each label only takes a fraction of a second to print. I LOVE that it doesn't require ink. I'm saving so much ink in my actual printer.The only issue I've had during use is that if you're not careful that the paper feeding into the printer is perfectly aligned with the feeder, the labels can come out too far to one side and not perfectly centered. Just make sure that the paper holder is even with the printer feed. I found that roll labels were MUCH more finicky about this. Maybe because the roll can shimmy from one side of the holder to the other. Once I switched to folded, I haven't had that issue. Probably because the weight of the folded paper stops it from moving around.All in all, I'm super pleased with my purchase and I would absolutely buy it again if I needed another. I would recommend it to anyone with a small business for sure. Just in the month or so I've owned it, it's definitely paid for itself both in saving my time, as well as saving expensive ink.For years I was printing on my home printer and sticking the label to the package. It was a drag... About 6 months ago I got this printer when it was on special and since then my life has changed for the better...Setting up the printer was extremely easy, it comes with a USB stick that has the drivers and it took about a minute. The quality of the prince is great and so is the paper that came with it. I print about 10 labels a week and so far it has been nearly flawless. Recently it started acting up where it would not print so clearly and I turn to the vendor for support and within a day they responded. Apparently all I needed was to clean the printing head... If you have an issue who do you call? How do you get assistance? This might be a great printer but if you have a problem there is no technical assistance readily available. Just be aware of that before you purchase. After trying every possible setting is tried, I canI can not get this printer to print anything larger than a couple of postage stamps. I an certainly no computer genius but I am far from a novice. Please be aware before your purchase. Where do younger technical assistance. There is no on to assist you.I'm happy I bought this!Initially I was unable to set up with my mac. Then I changed settings inside Ebay and it works perfectly. A total money saver!!!
