I cant believe how long I have messed around with this thing and how much label tapes I bought that will go to waste. I have decided to throw in the towel on this junk. If you just need to make simple labels with one line of text and no special characters, it can work fine for you, but trying to do things like print multiple lines of text and having everything line up, inserting special characters, ect is extremely time consuming and frustrating due to the poorly designed user interface. Not worth the trouble at all. You can only view one line of text at a time, which is ridiculous for the price of this unit. To make things worse, you can not even scroll down from one line to another to see how it will line up when the label prints because the character widths are erratic and do not show up the same on the screen as they do when they print in terms of spacing. I now have to decide if I am going to gamble with another DYMO unit that will allow either PC interface or viewing of 4 lines of text or scrapping it all and all my tape and going with the Brother p-touch, which I would have done at the beginning had I known what I know now.
