This refurbished printer looked new and worked fine, but we had a problem with the compatibility with our POS/inventory software. The seller was amazingly helpful via the phone and subsequently sent a ribbon cartiridge to us overnight (we had hoped that was the issue, but it was not). In the end, we swapped out this printer for a model that was compatible with our system. Again, the support and service was beyond my expectations. Nice to do business with good people!
