I bought 3 for our business, for 3 different models of Lexmark. The first didn't work and I called. They said they would replace that one and they did, this was several months ago. They asked me to open the other 2 cartridges to see if they worked, and they did. But now that I need to replace one of the other models, it doesn't work. I have yet to try the 3rd that I opened those months ago.UPDATE: They called after my above review and went above my expectations to fix the problem I had by replacing the two cartridges that had a firmware conflicts with the printer firmware.TLDR: The cartridges are good, but Lexmark makes things hard.
