I got this enclosure so I could print ABS on my 3D printer while maintaining ambient temperature. The enclosure works great with keeping the inside temperature hot. The fumes however, will still leak, so put it in the garage or somewhere outside of the main house when printing ABS. When it is inside my room and printing PLA, it does a pretty good job about not making the room smell and also contains the ambient heat. Prints come out better without an edge warping upward off the heat plate.This was so easy to put together. It seems very well made. It should also be easy to disassemble when it’s not needed. I was planning on printing in it all the time but it’s much larger than advertised. I measured it and the largest measurement given in the advertisement was the smallest measurement on the product. I don’t know if that’s because I received the wrong size. Aside from how large it is it seems like a great well made productThis does the trick; Keeps the smells in and stops drafts from ruining prints.This is a great enclosure for the Ender 3 V2.Well made, well thought out. I bought it because I wanted to print some ASA and ABS and needed to keep it warm. Worst decision of my printing career. Even after cleansing myself of that horror-show, the pain lived on.In short, I figured since I already bought the enclosure I might as well use it, if nothing else, to keep the printer clean. That's when the real nightmare began. No print after the ASA worked. after a short while, the PLA would stop flowing (yes I changed back to PLA settings). I changed everything to trouble shoot, nozzles, hot end, spools, feeder, feed arm, yada yada yada.In the end, it was the enclosure itself. Once it warms up enough, it softens the PLA enough that it won't feed any longer, just skip. I print at 200/70, never had an issue with adhesion or layering.I will eventually use the enclosure again over the winter, but will install and exhaust fan and vent it out. In the meantime, it sits disassembled in a closet.Bottom, use only if necessary, not just to keep dust off.It's snug for my ender 3 pro. Easily added lights inside so that I can see while working on the machine. Gives me peace of mind for fire protection. Helps prints stay protected from drafts and helps keep in heat during cold winter Temps.The tent is well made and should last for a long time. If you are having trouble with your prints lifting and have tried all other fixes (brims, rafts, bed temp, etc.) this may just be the answer you're looking for. This tent keeps the air surrounding the print warm and therefore keeps the plastic layers warm, minimizing any warping. To give a brief 101 on why prints warp: The bottom few layers of your print stay nice and hot with a heated bed. As the print moves up, the higher layers don't stay warm, so they start to contract. That contraction pulls the print upward, giving you the unwanted corner warping. This tent helps fix that issue by keeping the upper layers warmer so the contraction is reduced.If you're on the fence about it, buy it. You won't regret it.Works great, except it seems hard to put together, very tight fit and took a while to get it on without ripping it.I got this enclosure so I could branch out from PLA and start printing with materials like ASA and ABS without concern for warping or structural defects. It fits my Ender 3 Pro perfectly including a reel of filament mounted on top of the printer and all the little accessories I printed for it along the way like a tool holder and a filament guide arm. All of it enclosed with no problem inside the tent. The AC power cord goes right through the little opening, which is in the correct location for Ender 3 Pro (bottom right back). The tent was easy to set up without tools. You only have to push the rods together like Tinker Toys and fit the structure inside the tent material. It all comes right apart and folds up just as easily. The tent feels very durable and good quality overall. My first print with ASA went very well using this enclosure. The tent contained the heat and the smell very well.The item was delivered very quickly and well before the estimated date.I found it quick and easy to put together with the instructions included.Once together it looked rather big but was the exact dimensions specified as specified and the ender 3v2 printer fitted well.The price was ok but I feel a bit high at £160+ but a few days later it went on offer to below £100 which I feel is the more reasonable price and I feel more to the correct value it is worth. ( that’s my luck buy just before offer). At the new price I would recommend.Very easy to setup, has just enough room for the ender 3 pro with a 1 kg spool mounted up top. Does a good job at holding the heat in.
