Had to return as tech could not get the scanner to work. Otherwise it appeared to be a good machine. Apparently Window 10 does not have drivers for many of these products. So company tech has to create or try to find a working driver. My computer is 2 years old and a PCHad one for home use for over 30 years. It went to fax heaven. The new one will outlive me.Didn't dislike anything! Ease of use was the defining moment for me.It's a little pricey, but a good buy! John.This is just a fax machine. It can’t scan, copy or print, please be aware. I purchased this thinking it was an all in one, it’s not. I paid a very qualified tech to set it up. He said, “it’s just a fax machine” If you want an all in one you’ll have to spend more. Now, I’m trying to return it. This is a fax machine!Easy to use, full featured. Handset quality is ridiculously poor.The printer works fine, however, it does NOT scan in color. Really?...no color scanning? That seems antiquated, especially for something that costs $250. Also, because it is a document scanner, you really can't scan photos or anything that is the slightest bit rigid.THis was purchased to replace an older brother fax machine. It does the job of faxing like one would expect a fax machine to do.
