I read some of the reviews before I ordered these 2 ink cartridge toners...some were negative. I decided to email the supplier relaying my concerns. I was answered very quickly and assured a money-back guarantee. The ink refills arrived, I put them into my printer, and they are great Dell toners. The price was extremely good and I am well-satisfied. I am glad I took a chance and ordered these.What's to say? It's a toner cartridge. It's reasonably priced for a rare-ish extended life cartridge. It's an OEM so it's almost certain to work when my people run the previous one out and stuff this in their printer. (Don't buy generics unless you like headaches.)Genuine Dell part, works as it should. And a LOT more cost effective than buying it direct from Dell!Seems to be working fine. Time always tells a better story. :) We have bought other toner cartridges and found that the manufacturer brands do work a bit longer.
