This small printer was very easy to setup and downloading the app. The app also has a step by step on how to use it. It's very user friendly in my opinion. The label tape is easy to install too. I'll keep this in my purse and label everything.This little label printer is so easy to use. I don't know why anyone would find this challenging to set up. Just install the app and go. So much easier than the old school printers.First, the set-up of this device is NOT easy. The provided "manual" is very brief. Second, after I used it the first time, it won't let me use it again after I turned it back on to print some labels. It keeps telling me I have to log in, but when I try that, it shows my default location of China, but it will NOT let me change that. When I attempt to, I'm taken to a page that says "Country/Region" in its title, but nothing else; that is, there is NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION on the screen, meaning I can't select the U.S. I also know why I have to "log in" just to print a label when I never had to do that before.This is a waste of money, overpriced as it is.Love this little printer. I had no problem figuring out how to operate this printer. It paired with my device after downloading the app. The enclosed instructions are worthless though.This was definitely meant for Chinese customers.The labels are small , about an inch long. Good for spice jars and utility cords, etc.It prints fast, and the software is very flexible. I used this as I rebuilt my work/lab desk. I labeled all power supplies and cables. Great product. I print from my iPhone, so that is the only software I have tested.Once I figured it out, it was easy to use.liked the qualityI own an Airbnb and I used this to make little labels for guests like the WiFi password on the router. Using this tool was as easy as texting. Love it.
