I bought this to refit my kid's 3D printer. The one that came with it had an odd-shaped hole that made it impossible to work with the 3D printed spool-holder part we like to use. So instead of trying to recut the hole with a nibbling tool, I did the sensible thing and bought one that works. There's not much else to say about it really, it's metal (probably light gauge steel), has a hole in it for the spool-holder, and a pair of holes to mount it to a 2020 extrusion. I didn't use the plastic spool-holder it came with, as it's too short for my of my reels. But the one I printed out from Thingiverse works just fine. I am happy and satisfied with my purchase and it worked out exactly as I planned and envisioned it.
