I'm gonna start this by staying I didn't realize this was ABS upon receipt as I was searching around for PLA filament. That's my bad for not keeping a close eye on the title of a product that was shared under PLA searches.Once I realized it was ABS and starting using the proper printer settings, it works great. No issues with it so far other than layer adhesion on angles. It failed my test fixture miserably, but I currently do not know if that is just a part of ABS or this particular spool because it would not stay together on anything higher than 5 degrees.Filament just arrived yesterday, good quality so far. Printed the typical Benchy to test my settings and it looks great, honestly better than a lot of my PLA/PLA+ prints. That said, the color in the listing is kind of neon green and what showed up is closer to an OD or forest green. I’ll still keep it for other projects but it’s a miss for the current requirements.I've tried several different colors of this filament and it's printing perfectly fine. Hence the high rating.However, double check the content of each box immediately so you don't miss Amazon's 30 day return window. I now received two boxes of skin-color filament that had a 1.75mm sticker on the box but the box itself contained 2.85mm filament. I almost missed the return window but caught it just in time to exchange it. The exchange had the same problem. Sticker says 1.75mm, box says and contains 2.85mm filament. So there seem to be a bunch of those mislabeled boxes in the warehouse. Didn't have that problem with any of the other colors in that series.For the price, this cannot be beat ($12.24/kg). Prints as well or better than some ABS I have used that was 2x the price. Little to no shrinkage, intricate interconnecting parts fit snugly together.Almost as bright as the orange on a safety vest. Nice. Use this to print something you want standing out from other stuff.I printed one object with this filament, and promptly removed the filament from the printer and marked the box 'bad stuff', that I'll only use for jubs that don't have to fit something else, and don't need a good surface finish. I printed at 255C filament/100C bed on my Prusa Mk3s+, settings I've used on abs from a number of suppliers with consistent results. Not on this filament. It also stuck to the Prusa print bed with more tenacity than other filaments. Will not be buying more of this brand. This is the first roll of low-priced (under $20) filament where I've had a bad result, for abs, petg, or pla.It's a 2 star for the color and that it doesn't print as completely smooth as other ABS does. It also jumps off the spool really, really quickly and badly at times.However, I will say the price for this spool was hard to pass up.Until I have tried other manufacturers' ABS for cheaper, I'll continue buying this at this price, even if this color is pretty ugly.I took a chance purchasing this since it was the only filament I could find that was both neon green and glow in the dark, normally I don’t stray from “normal brands”. This prints excellent and the layer bond is strong which is surprising for anything that is glow in the dark. It prints as well as eSun and other similar brands at the same temperature/settings which also surprised me. The ABS odor is a little worse than some brands but better than most. I will certainly be trying other colors in the future as the need arises. If you are not familiar with printing ABS or have only done ABSplus it might be tricky, so have patience! Printed at 240c / 100c bed 60mms with a 0.4 nozzle on a PEI sheet.After getting hold of a small amount of ABS to experiment with I was just getting the hang of it when I ran out. So this was bought because the price was right. The problem with ABS is that everyone seems to have a different idea as how to print it. But the one thing they all seem to agree on is you need to keep it warm. So the question is why do the settings in cura have the cooling fan flat out. I thought the inbuilt settings were done by experts. So I turned of the print cooling fan totally and have not had any failed prints since. With a bed temperature of 80 and hot end 230 and no fan everything is good. The lower the hot end temperature you can get away with the less shrinkage you will get so should result in less warping. I can only give you my experience of this filament and not all printers are the same. But this ABS is worth having a go with as strength wise its better than petg and will survive outside in the greenhouse where most plastic has a short life. Highly recommended.Arrived on a carboard reel! Doesn't fit my printer as the hole in the reel is really small. I'm going to have to print another spool holder just to use it.The spool is also wider than most others and therefore doesn't fit in Sunlu Filament Dryer box.I can't comment on the quality of the filament as I'm not able to use it out of the box until I print something to make it compatible with my printer.I regret my purchase and suggest you go for another brand for better compatibility.Bought this ABS in a garish colour because I cared only about costs! I'm printing in a fully enclosed printer and it produces decent quality prints and rolls off the reel nicely. Haven't had to use a filament warmer.It is wound on to the spool well so no tangles and seems to be a very consistent thickness so no under/overextrusion issues there.I will certainly order it again if I need more ABS.The filament has been wound terribly, causing jumps, pulls and has actually damaged my extruder motor (which now needs replacing).The side of the spool has screws (unlike the other 50+ spools I own) and I suspect the filament has been coiled, dropped in and the side screwed on, so no wonder it keeps snagging/knotting.I decided to spend over 2 hours re-rolling the filament onto another spool and luckily as I have a dual extruder I managed to test it. When actually wound correctly, the filament works as intended.My advice, go with someone else (who you can actually contact) unless you want to spend £20+ repairing your printer and 2 hours re-rolling filament.Disappointed, packaging is good and cardboard spool. However, it has to be printed at such a high temp to avoid lifting that it joins to the rafts
