After have this the battery is dead and won't charge??? Need to return for new oneI recently purchased these items from Scales Galore. I've never owned a scale before so going through the owner's manual was a bit of a challenge, but I contacted the guys at scales galore and they were with me every step of the way. I was able to set up the scale and printer which is a great investment for small buisnesses loking for that professional edge. The scale weighs very accurately in: oz, lb and kg; by the press of a button the thermal printer gives very sharp detailed labels and the best part is you never have to by refill cartridges and in this deal you get 7020 labels and that can go a long way............Works great will purchase again from buyer only problem is there’s no way to change the ink once it runs out out of the printerThis scale was really nice was happy with my purchase but it difficult to program it i though i was doing an add mathematics exam
